How to Copy a TikTok Link (App and Web)

Learn how to copy TikTok share links from the mobile app and tiktok.com so you can paste them into SnapTtok and download public videos.

  1. Open the TikTok post — Open the video, slideshow, or sound post you want to share.
  2. Open the Share sheet — Tap the Share arrow or Share button on the post.
  3. Choose Copy link — Select Copy link so the URL is copied to your clipboard.
  4. Paste into SnapTtok — Open snapttok.app, paste the link, and press Download.

Why you need the share link

SnapTtok works from the public TikTok URL — not from screenshots or username searches. Copying the share link is the first step before you can download without watermark, save MP3, or grab slideshow photos.

Copy a link in the TikTok app

  1. Open the video (or slideshow) in TikTok on iPhone or Android.
  2. Tap the Share icon (arrow) on the right or bottom of the player.
  3. Tap Copy link. You should see a confirmation toast.
  4. Switch to your browser, open snapttok.app, and paste.

Prefer device-specific download steps after copying? Continue with iPhone or Android.

Copy a link on tiktok.com (desktop or mobile web)

  1. Open the video page on tiktok.com.
  2. Click or tap Share, then Copy link — or copy the address from the browser bar if it already points at the video.
  3. Paste that URL into SnapTtok and press Download.

Short links (vm.tiktok.com) and full desktop URLs both work when the post is public.

Common mistakes
